(Bradford, ON) On Thursday, August 4, 2016, around 1:30 p.m., a woman came to the South Division in Bradford to report an assault. The woman told officers that she had been arguing with her husband the previous evening when he slapped and hit her several times with an extension cord. A 38 year old Bradford man was arrested at his home. He has been charged with Domestic Assault and Assault With A Weapon. He has been ordered to stay away from the victim and reside elsewhere while he awaits a court date in September. The victim did not require medical attention.
