The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a woman wanted on an outstanding warrant.
On August 6, 2014, the woman was caught shoplifting from Pharma Plus on McNaughton Avenue in Chatham. The woman was charged with theft under $5000 and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000. She was released pending a future court date.
On October 15, 2014, the woman failed to attend court and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Yesterday afternoon, the woman attended the courthouse to speak with her lawyer. Officers observed the woman and she was taken into custody.
Angela Daly, 39 years, of Foster Street in Chatham was released with conditions pending a future court date.
