Brampton – Investigators from the Major Collision Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in their investigation into a collision involving a vehicle and a cyclist that occurred in Brampton.
On Sunday, August 14, 2016 at approximately 11:56 a.m., a serious collision involving a grey Honda Civic and a cyclist occurred on Knightsbridge Road, east of Central Park Drive in Brampton.
As a result of the collision, the cyclist, a 26 year old male, sustained serious injuries. He remains in hospital in critical but stable condition and is expected to recover.
The driver of the vehicle, a 66 year old male from Brampton, remained at the scene following the collision.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the collision, or who may have information about the actions of the driver or cyclist prior to the collision.
