Property values have dropped in Wingham, according to the assessment notices that have been submitted to us. The life savings of many have been wiped out by the miss-management of our Community. If your mortgage is more than your assessment, there is a very good chance you will not be able to obtain financing when your mortgage comes due and you will lose your home.
