Last night several people were caught on video trespassing at night and simply evading police. It is absolutely absurd to think a police officer can sneak up on a night prowler while driving a high pursuit police car with engine revving and headlights on in the dead of night. They can been seen and heard blocks away. This is why criminals have free reign in Wingham. All you have to do is hide behind something as they drive past. That is why other forces do foot and bike patrols.
