The Wingham Liberation Organization (WLO) is offering a bounty on the home addresses and business interests of all those that slammed the OPP, hosted an anti-OPP petition, Old Boys Club (OBC) members that voted/rallied to keep the Wingham Police (Kuyvenhoven, MacGowan, Carter, etc) . Taxation without representation is tyranny, that is a fact. Another fact is that all Wingham police officers, Police Board Chair Trevor Seip and all triple digit Winghamites were in favor of disbanding the Wingham police. It is also a fact that the councillors from Bltyh and E-W forced the Wingham Police upon us out of spite, and knew the Wingham Police cost estimate was about $500,000 short as we were going to hire 4-5 more officers. OPP cost $355/property/year and the Wingham Police now cost $1,100+/property/year.

You were all warned this was going to happen yet you did nothing. The Wingham Police will be expanding to East-Wawanosh in 2019 as they planned many years ago. There is a special meeting of council on 30April2018 where they are expected to rubber stamp the police budget despite it being $424,000 more than they told the public during the OPP costing presentations.
