At the 18April2017 police service board meeting Trevor Seip declared it illegal to record the public meeting, clearly unconstitutional and morally repugnant. Mr. Seip’s police board is obviously terrified of transparency and the prospect of being quoted word for word. When asked if the meeting could be recorded Trevor Seip stated “Ummmm at this point this meeting falls under the same correspondence as the other bylaws” Translation from seipieze to regular English: “No you can’t record”.

Now you might be thinking that Trevor has had a brain fart and this nonsensical drivel is a temporary state, you would be hysterically wrong! WFP will be posting more quotes from the police board meeting as we prove in the coming weeks that there is virtually zero accountability due to the laziness, incompetence and corruption of police board members.

Everything is done (or not done) to keep the Public in the dark. Chief tim poole refuses to hand out public information releases to those he believes have offended his delicate puerile ego. Timmy’s upset, so he won’t honor his oath and do is job “impartially” or with a modicum of professionalism. Not the temperament for a police chief or anyone that has access to firearms.

If you want to know what crimes have happened in our Community, who has been charged with property or violent crimes call the chair of the police service board Trevor Seip and ask to be updated. If you want to make his head explode ask him “Do you believe allowing pedestrians to use the sidewalks in the winter would enhance pedestrian safety?” He can’t say yes, and he can’t say no…it’s hysterical, give it a try! Even chief poole was too cowardly to comment.
