Shortly after midnight on April 21st Barrie Police responded to a Tiffin St address after windows of a residence were shot out by someone with a pellet gun. Police attended and located the suspect at a neighboring residence. A 33 year old Barrie male was arrested and charged with four counts of possession of a weapon contrary to weapons prohibition order, careless use of a firearm, weapons dangerous, two counts of mischief under $5000, three counts of breaching previous release conditions and beach of probation. Police also learned that the suspect had a number of outstanding warrants in other provinces. Police seized the pellet gun which was used in the offence. The suspect was held pending a bail hearing.
