On December 28, 2013 at 2:10 a.m., the Guelph Police observed a motor vehicle driving on Quebec Street with its headlights off and a traffic stop was conducted. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
William O’REILLY, 38 years of Riverview, New Brunswick has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on January 17, 2014.
