(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On Monday, March 11, 2013 at 8:40 p.m. a Huron OPP officer stopped a black Ford pickup truck on London Road for failing to have a working licence plate lamp. Upon speaking with the driver the officer determined the driver held a suspended driver’s licence.
As a result, 48 year old William MOFFATT from South Huron was charged with two counts of Driving While Suspended. He has a court date scheduled for Provincial Offences Court – Goderich on May 7, 2013.
His motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
