William HOGARTH – 133 in an 80

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) – An out of province driver from British Columbia is facing a court date and an automatic seven day driver’s licence suspension following a traffic stop last night. At approximately 7:40 p.m., a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police officer was conducting RADAR patrol on Bluewater Veterans Highway near Kintail Line when he observed a southbound silver Mazda Tribute speeding along at a high rate of speed. The officer locked the vehicles’ speed at 133 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone.

29 year old William HOGARTH from North Vancouver has been charged with “Race a Motor Vehicle”. He now has a court appearance scheduled for Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on August 20, 2013. His driver’s licence has been suspended for seven days and the vehicle has also been impounded for seven days.
