At the next council meeting, they will be voting whether or not North Huron residents will be forced to use clear garbage bags. All smaller bags of garbage are to be emptied into the clear bag, this includes all “kitchen Catcher’s†and bathroom garbage bags. All waste must be visible. This was proposed by Ralph Campbell and seems to be endorsed by the majority of council.
