Wick Wins Foster Home Amendment – Council Then Votes Down Draft Animal Control By-law Twice In Same Meeting

Jennifer Wick addressed Morris-Turnberry council last night. 
Wick approached 37 people in her neighbourhood with a petition for
an exemption for foster homes for rescued animals.  Jennifer
also questioned why people are allowed to leave horse feces on
public property, while dog owners have to clean up after their
animal.

A councillor asked Wick where all the animals come from that her
Rescue helps.  Wick stated they come from all over
