WFP Letter To North Huron Council: Please Accept Emailed Questions At Council Meetings

Dear Council:

I applaud your recent decision to look into video recording council
meetings.  This is a task that should be done by town
staff.  There are normally 1/2 a dozen town staff sitting idle,
just waiting for their 5 minutes of the meeting.  It only takes
a few seconds to set up a camera.

I would like you to consider accepting emailed questions for the
Public and Press portion of the Council meeting.  This will
allow anyone to virtually” attend a council meeting.  I also
believe that the name of the person asking the question should be
kept private
