On 18 and 19 Jan 2016 in the early afternoon hours a male suspect know to the victim broke into a residence in Bentinck, West Grey. On both occasions the suspect stole American currency and coins.

The suspect has been identified and the West Grey Police will be concluding the matter with the laying of charges in the near future.

In the early morning hours of Tuesday 19 Jan 2016, a female suspect spray painted slogans onto the windows of the Durham Public Library. The suspect has been identified and is known to police. The West Grey Police Service will be concluding this matter with the laying of charges in the near future.

On Wednesday 20 Jan2016, between 4pm and 7:30pm culprits attempted to break into a residence at 311764 Hwy #6. Damage was caused to the door frame and lock, however entrance wasn’t gained. Anyone who may have information pertaining to this crime can contact the West Grey Police directly or area Crime Stoppers.
