OCTOBER 25, 2012
WHAT IS BE A FAN DAY? – Be a fan Day is an event that is focused on raising awareness for Special Olympics and engaging the community. Special Olympics is encouraging individuals to become “FANS†and to have a better understanding of the movement. Red laces are available for a donation of $5.00 or more to showcase support for the Special Olympics. Members from the Wellington County OPP Mounted Unit, Traffic Unit, and Emergency Response Unit as well the OPP Canine Unit will be in attendance and look forward to speaking to everyone.
