TRAFFIC COLLISIONS RESULT IN CHARGES
(KINCARDINE, ON.) – The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are reporting highway traffic act charges stemming from motor vehicle collisions.
o 30 year old Tammy Weber of Durham, Ontario is facing a Fail to Yield charge following a 2 vehicle collision at the intersection of Scott Street and Victoria

o 31 year old Shawn Schopf of Chesley, Ontario is facing a Fail to Stop – Stop Sign charge following a 2 vehicle collision at the intersection of Scott Street
and Victoria Street in Walkerton on August 20, 2009. (LP09211223)
o 27 year old Michael Colavecchia of Burlington, Ontario is facing a Start from Parked Position – Not in Safety charge following a 2 vehicle collision at the
Intersection of Bruce Road 40 and Highway 21, Saugeen Township on August 22, 2009. (LP09213734)
