At approximately 9:00am, Barrie Police recieved several calls for a couple having a loud arguement near the lakefront on Mulcaster St.
Police attended and were able to identify both the involved persons and to diffuse the arguement.
However a Police records check revealed one of the parties had an outstanding warrant for fraud under $5000 and breaching his probation.
The male was arrested and transported to the Barrie Police Service where he was later released to a November Court date.
