(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) – A North Huron resident remains in custody after police tracked him down hiding out at a cabin located on Huron-Bruce Road. Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received information on July 14, 2015 that a wanted male had broken into a cabin and was taking shelter in the cabin. Just after 3:30 a.m. officers from Huron OPP, South Bruce OPP and Wingham Police Services converged on the property and set up containment.

Officers were able to instruct the male over the phone to walk out of the cabin and turn himself over to police. After some discussion the male complied and surrendered to police.
