(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On January 29, 2016 at approximately 11:45 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a male on Toronto Street North, Markdale, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands, after receiving information that he was wanted on an outstanding warrant held by Orillia OPP for theft.
The male, who was arrested without incident, was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle, a 2016 Mazda CX5, which had been stolen from a car and truck rental business in Barrie, Ontario.
45-year old Cary David CARRIERE of Owen Sound was turned over to Orillia OPP.
Additional charges are pending.
