On December 27, 2013, at 2:49 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Gordon Street South. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Vincent TRAN, 26 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on January 10, 2014.
