Vincent Laviolette – Drunk Driving, Drive While Disqualified, Open Alcohol

(HURON EAST, ON) – On March 20, 2012 at 10:45 p.m. Huron OPP officers stopped a Pontiac Montana that was travelling southbound on London Road near Short Horn Road. Upon speaking with the male driver officers noted he had been drinking alcohol. Open containers of alcohol were also observed inside the vehicle. A subsequent check revealed the driver was prohibited from driving.

Vincent LAVIOLETTE, age 32, from London, ON has been charged with Impaired Driving, Drive with Over 80 milligrams of Alcohol, Drive while Disqualified and Drive Motor Vehicle with Open Container of Alcohol. He is currently in police custody. His motor vehicle was impounded and his licence suspended for 90 days. LP12073710
