(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – On September 1, 2012 at approximately 4:15 p.m. Huron OPP officers stopped a blue Honda CRV that was travelling southbound on Base Line near Londesboro Road. Upon speaking with the male driver officers noted he had been drinking alcohol.
Viktor DUDAREV, 59, from Kitchener, ON has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on October 15, 2012. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
