VICIOUS ASSAULT REPORTED TO POLICE
(KINCARDINE, ON) On March 20, 2013 at 11:08 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an injured adult man at the hospital in Kincardine. Officers investigated and learned that the adult male victim had received significant facial injuries. The victim along with 2 other males had been together earlier in the evening at a Queen Street, Kincardine address when the victim was assaulted. As a result of the investigation, 35 year old Andrew KELLY of Huron-Kinloss Township and 27 year old Kyle MCCLORY of Huron-Kinloss Township are each facing a count of Aggravated assault. They are scheduled to appear in court on April 22, 2013 to answer to the charges.
