(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Tuesday morning October 04, 2011 shortly before 1 a.m. Perth County OPP officers on patrol observed a car weaving slightly in its lane as it was driving north-bound on Wallace Ave. North. The vehicle was pulled over and the driver was checked for sobriety. While speaking to the driver, the odour of burnt marihuana was detected inside the car. The car and its two occupants were searched and drugs were found.
