On December 18, 2013 at 2:48 pm, Barrie Police Officers attended a dispute call on Rose Street. Officers received information the victim had asked the same high school student several times over the past month not to park his bicycle near his vehicle.
The student subsequently assaulted the complainant.
The vicitm received minor injuires.
The 16 year old student was arrested for assault. He now faces a January 2014 court date.
