(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Tuesday February 21, 2012, Perth County OPP officers were called to the Kinsmen Pavilion on Wellingston St. in Mitchell where mischief had been done to the Pavilion.
Investigation revealed that a name had been burned into the south side sun screen of the south wall of the Pavilion. The sunscreen which had been fastened in an up position had been pulled down by the culprit(s). Three roof vents as well as several shingles had been torn off the roof.
