(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron OPP officers are investigating a mischief and theft that occurred at an unoccupied residence that is currently undergoing renovations. Sometime between April 10, 2012 and April 12, 2012 vandals entered the Kirkton Road residence and proceeded to spray paint graffiti on the interior walls. Vandals also used an axe and put several holes into the side of a travel trailer parked on the property. Those responsible also stole a Siemens electrical panel, a metal work bench and scrap metal from the property.
The value of the stolen property is estimated to be $3,000 and the damage to the property is around $1,000.
