Utter Threats

Barrie Police received information that there was a suspicious vehicle in the area of Dunlop Street and Eccles just prior to 2am this morning. The victim had a verbal confrontation with this male that was unprovoked. The accused then threatened to cause physical harm to the victim for no apparent reason.

Investigating officers located the accused shortly after the incident took place. He was arrested for Uttering Threats and taken into custody. The 33 year old local man will be required to attend court later in September in answer to the charge. No one was injured as a result of this occurrence.
