(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Wednesday April 17, 2013, members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a single motor vehicle crash on Line 32 west of Perth Road 130, south of Sebringville.
Investigation revealed that a Pontiac SUV had been travelling West bound on Line 32 around 8:30 a.m. when it left the roadway entered the south ditch and struck a tree. The vehicle rolled and landed back onto its wheels on the south shoulder.
The lone female occupant (driver) was transported to the Stratford General Hospital by land ambulance from where she was transported by air ambulance to the London Victoria Hospital in critical condition.
UPDATE: On May 01, 2013 the female driver succumbed to her injuries. She is identified as Kayla O’REILLY (17) of the Municipality of West Perth.
