The stolen vehicle has been recovered on Walpole Island.
As previously reported this morning, sometime overnight, unknown suspect(s) stole a 2008 black Dodge Caravan parked on Duncan Street. The van was last seen bearing Ontario licence plates BNXD 309. On both the driver’s door and passenger door, the van has green and white stickers that say ‘Dodge’ with the emblem.
Police are still asking anyone with suspect information to contact Constable Doug Cowell at 519-436-6600 extension #83666. Anonymous callers may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and may be eligible for a cash reward.
