(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service has returned the second suspect wanted in this matter, Robert Webb, to Ottawa following his arrest by Montreal Police (SPVM) early on August 16, 2015.
Mr. Webb will appear in Ottawa court on August 17, 2015.
