(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Section has charged a second person with the January 2014 murder of 43 year old Jagtar Gill.
Bhupinderpal Gill, 38years old of Ottawa, has been charged with first-degree murder.
No further information will be released at this time, as this is an ongoing investigation.
