(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is still seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect believed responsible for now four recent bank robberies. An excellent image of the suspect is being released.
On March 31, 2015, at approximately 4:35 pm, a lone male entered a bank situated at the Gloucester Centre situated at 1980 Ogilvie Rd. The suspect produced a note demanding cash and indicating he was armed. No gun was seen. The suspect was confronted by a bank employee and left empty-handed. There were no injuries.
The Robbery Unit is releasing a new image of this suspect given the excellent quality.
