Update: Robbery suspect charged from September 11th robbery on Cyrville Road

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit has charged a suspect responsible for the robbery of a gas station.

On September 11, 2015, a male was arrested by a patrol officer, in connection to an unrelated theft investigation. That male was then linked to the outstanding robbery investigation.

Jean Larabie, age 52 of Gatineau is charged with one count of robbery in connection to this investigation. He appeared in court on September 12, 2015 and was held in custody. He appears in court again on September 14, 2015.
