Update: Man Arrested is identified at Ottawa Court
(Ottawa) Today, Howard Richmond, 50 years old, of Winchester, appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice, in Ottawa to face a charge of First Degree Murder in connection with the death of his wife, 28-year-old Melissa Kelly Richmond.
Richmond was last seen leaving her residence on July 24th and her vehicle was located on July 26th in Ottawa’s south end. She was the subject of a missing person investigation led by the OPP.
His next court date is Tuesday, August 6, 2013.
