(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service would like to update the public about the conclusion of the police investigation regarding a young child bitten by a Pit Bull Terrier on Sunday.
The Ottawa Police Service has not established that there is any criminal element in this matter and as such, no charge will be laid.
