(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit has charged one suspect in connection to this swarming.
Matthew HASLEM, age 25 of Ottawa, was arrested on April 17, 2014 by Robbery Unit investigators. Mr. Haslem has been charged with the following offences:
Robbery
Traffic in property obtained by crime
Breach of Probation (two counts)
Mr. Haslem remains in custody and appears next in court on April 29, 2014.
The Robbery Unit is still attempting to identify the second suspect involved in this robbery. He is described as being a Caucasian male, late twenties, small build, 5’7 (170 cm)
