(ST.MARYS, ON) – As a result of this morning’s (08Sept2014) break and enter into the Guardian Drug store on Wellington St. South in St.Marys, it has been determined that entry was gained by smashing the glass in the two front doors of the Pharmacy.
Once inside, the suspect(s) removed a quantity of prescription narcotic medication.
The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit and the OPP Forensic Identification Service are continuing their investigation into this break-in.
The Perth County OPP is asking for the public’s help to see if anyone may have observed suspicious persons or vehicles in the St.Marys downtown between 5 a.m. and 5:45 a.m. If you observed anything out of the ordinary please contact the Perth County OPP immediately at 1-888-310-1122.
