(CHESLEY, ON) – On December 29th, 2010 at 5:24 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of an assault at a residence along 1st Avenue South in Chesley.
The home owner refused to cooperate with the suspects and was assaulted. During the assault, a firearm was brandished before the suspects fled the residence.
The area was searched with the assistance of the OPP West Region Emergency Response Team and the OPP Canine Unit, but they were not located.
The home owner was treated for minor injuries sustained during the encounter.
28 year old Jamie Lynn KENDRICK of Neustadt has been arrested and charged with Robbery with firearm and Public Mischief – Accuse other person.
33 year old Wade MILIUNAS of Neustadt has been arrested and charged with Robbery with firearm and Disguise with intent.
33 year old Robert DELAPERRELLE of Hanover has been arrested and charged with Robbery with firearm, Disguise with intent, Assault with a weapon, Possess prohibited or restricted firearm, Breach probation and Fail to comply with an undertaking or recognizance.
DELAPERRELLE is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on Monday January 17th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
KENDRICK is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on Tuesday January 18th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
MILIUNAS is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on Thursday January 20th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
