(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On November 3, 2012 at 1:24 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of Kincardine Avenue and Highway 21 in Kincardine Township. Officers arrived to find that a Red Mazda pulled on to Highway 21, from Kincardine Avenue, into the path of a Silver Volkswagen that was travelling south bound on Highway 21. Three people involved in the crash were transported to the Kincardine hospital for assessment of non life threatening injuries. The driver of the Mazda, 25 year old Joshua RAPLEY of Kincardine, was charged with Turn not in safety.
