(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service is currently investigating an unprovoked attack on a female at the intersection of Oak Street and Preston Street in the City of Ottawa.
The attack occurred at approximately 09:30 am on November 10th 2013. The suspect grabbed the victim from behind, controlled her and then proceeded to cut off the victim’s ponytail. The victim fought the suspect who then fled on Preston Street.
The suspect is described as white male, 6’ tall, thin build wearing dark jacket, tuque and blue jeans.
