(WEST PERTH, ON) – On December 21, 2018 at 06:30 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) West Perth Detachment stopped a minivan in the Municipality of West Perth to check on an unlicenced driver.
Through the investigation, OPP officers determined that the female driver did not have a proper licence and the male passenger was in possession of illegal cigarettes.
Karley FRAYER, 29-years-old, of the Municipality of Huron East was charged with;
Drive motor vehicle – no licence
She is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on January 22, 2019 to answer the charges.
Jeffery BUCK, 54-years-old, of the Municipality of Huron East was charged and issued a Provincial Offence Notice for Possessing unmarked cigarettes.
