Police were called to a Bayfield street address just after 10pm last night. The property owner had attended their vacant rental property and found it occupied by an unknown male. Police learned the man had been squatting there and had been in the same property last week causing damage within the house. The male was arrested and charged with unlawfully being in a dwelling place and mischief.
