The Chatham-Kent Police Service is aware that members of an ultra-orthodox Jewish sect from Quebec are in our Municipality.
An initial assessment of the children’s well-being has been conducted with the assistance of the Chatham-Kent Integrated Children’s Services and at this time there are no concerns.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service will continue to work with various agencies and monitor the situation.
