(GODERICH, ON) On December 7, 2011 at 11:30 p.m. a Huron OPP officer stopped a minivan on Bethune Crescent in Goderich. While at the roadside, the officer discovered the driver’s licence was under suspension. Timothy RENAUD aged 33 from Goderich, ON was charged with Drive While under Suspension contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. He will have to attend Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on February 7, 2012 to answer to the charge. LP11345463
