(NORTH PERTH, ON) – On March 20, 2018, members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a shoplifting occurrence in the Municipality of North Perth.
A loss prevention staff member observed a male shoplifting within the store and contacted police.
As a result, thirty-two-year-old Tyler SMITH of the Municipality of North Perth was arrested and charged with the following offence:
Theft under $5000.00.
He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
