(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) Shortly after 1 a.m. on Saturday April 14, 2012, a Perth County OPP officer on patrol stopped a pickup on Mitchell Court. The male driver of the truck had the odour of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. He failed a roadside breath sample and was transported to the Stratford Police station were he failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
Tyler Horan (19) of Stratford has been charged with “operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of bloodâ€Â. He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on May 14, 2012 to answer to this charge. He was also issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
