Tyler Horan – Drunk Driving

(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) Shortly after 1 a.m. on Saturday April 14, 2012, a Perth County OPP officer on patrol stopped a pickup on Mitchell Court. The male driver of the truck had the odour of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. He failed a roadside breath sample and was transported to the Stratford Police station were he failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.

Tyler Horan (19) of Stratford has been charged with “operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood”. He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on May 14, 2012 to answer to this charge. He was also issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
