(HURON EAST, ON) – Officers from the Huron County, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were able to make a quick arrest in relation to the suspicious male that entered a Cranbrook Line residence and confronted two young girls. Huron OPP located and arrested the male suspect yesterday afternoon.
A 15 year old male from Huron East is charged with:
Young Person – Break and Enter contrary to section 348 (1) (a) Criminal Code
Young Person – Use Disguise with Intent contrary to section 351 (2) Criminal Code
Two counts of Young Person – Invitation to Sexual Touching Under 16 years contrary to section 152 Criminal Code
He has since been released from custody with a court date set for November 15, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
