(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Wednesday June 23, 2010 shortly after 10 a.m., Perth County OPP officers, the North Perth Fire Department and Perth County Ambulance personnel were dispatched to a mishap at a rural residence along Perth Line 88 north, west of Listowel.
Investigation revealed that a two year old boy was seriously injured by haying equipment in the farm yard.
The child was transported to Listowel Memorial Hospital by land ambulance and is currently in critical condition.
